Moon Bend is a small family run farm located in Marion, NY. We are nestled between Lake Ontario and the Finger Lakes. Our farm sits on 28 acres of farm and forest. In 2010, we added a small herd of Nigerian Dwarf goats and established The Creamery at Blue Moon Bend, a micro-dairy specializing in making soft and hard artisanal farmstead cheese.
The Creamery at Blue Moon Bend makes a variety of artisinal farmstead cheeses from both goat and organic cow milk. We make both pasteurized and aged raw milk cheeses in our creamery. We strive to make traditional goat cheeses. We currently make four cheeses that are similar to chevre, feta, blue cheese in the stilton style and Tomme de Savoie.
