BMB News:

  • Our last doe kidded on sunday 5/18 making the total kid count for 2014 32 kids in all!! We had a great kidding season this year with lots of color and really cute kids.  

  • Summer farm hours are from 4-6 on Fridays

    • 5/23 – we will have feta, chevre and mozzarella for sale this week

Blue Moon Bend is a small family run farm located in Marion, NY. We are nestled between Lake Ontario and the Finger Lakes. Our farm sits on 28 acres of farm and forest. In 2010, we added a small herd of Nigerian Dwarf goats and established our creamery, a micro-dairy specializing in making soft and hard artisanal farmstead cheese.

Blue Moon Bend makes a variety of artisanal farmstead cheeses from both goat and cow milk. We make both pasteurized and aged raw milk cheeses in traditional styles in our creamery. Some cheeses we currently make are similar to Chevre, Feta, Blue Cheese in the Stilton style and Tomme.
